The filings, not a summary of them.
The three most recent Form 990s, the audited statements and the IRS determination letter, as filed. If a number elsewhere on this site disagrees with a filing, the filing is right. The foundation publishes; its accountant prepares and confirms.
P.O. Box 41. The filings go out from here on request.
the 990
Staff add a document in WordPress with its year and kind; the file size is read from the upload, never typed. The three newest 990s are listed by themselves.
IRS asks
A public charity makes its three most recent annual returns and its exemption application available on request and without charge beyond copying, or by posting them online in a form that reproduces the filed document. This page does the second. The foundation reports the rule; it does not advise on it. Source: IRS, public disclosure requirements.
Audited statements are not federally required to be published. The board publishes them anyway, because the endowment is where most of the foundation’s money is, and the audit is where the endowment is explained.
a copy
Anything on this page can be downloaded now. For a paper copy, or for a return older than the three shown, email [email protected] and say which year. We send it within a week; postage is the only charge.
Public copies never include the names and addresses of donors on Schedule B, which the law keeps private. Every number on the Give and Funds pages comes from these filings and the award list.
